You retain 100% ownership of every Yearce you publish on the platform.
All payments and tax compliance are securely handled by Lemon Squeezy.
Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase upon request.
1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms
Yearce ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") operates a digital publishing and archival service where registered users can publish one annual statement, thought, or manifesto (a "Yearce") per calendar year. By accessing or using Yearce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. User Accounts & Annual Publishing Rule
To publish on Yearce, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. By design, each user account may publish one (1) primary Yearce per calendar year. Edit allowances depend on the selected tier (Yearce Mini: 1 edit, Yearce Pro: 3 edits, Yearce Max: 5 edits) and are strictly valid only within the publication calendar year (until Dec 31, 23:59); once the year concludes, the Yearce is permanently locked in the archive.
3. Packages, Pricing & Payment Processing (Merchant of Record)
Yearce offers three one-time annual publishing slots: Yearce Mini ($5), Yearce Pro ($19), and Yearce Max ($49). Each purchase is a single transaction granting publication rights for that specific calendar year with zero recurring subscription fees.
Merchant of Record Notice:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and tax compliance.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We stand behind our platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date.
- 14-Day Refund Window: Requests made within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund. Simply email support@yearce.com with your order receipt or order ID, and we will process your refund back to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy within 5–10 business days.
- Effect of Refund on Published Content: If a refund is issued for a paid tier (Yearce Pro or Yearce Max), the associated paid tier perks and publication for that billing cycle will be reverted or unpublished.
- No Auto-Renewal & Future Years: Yearce operates strictly on a pay-per-publication model. Your card is never automatically billed for subsequent years. You have complete freedom to choose any tier or skip publication in future years.
5. User Content, Ownership & License
You retain full intellectual property rights and copyright over the content you publish on Yearce. By publishing a Yearce, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, display, format, and distribute your content across the Yearce feed, archives, and shareable quote cards.
6. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines
You agree not to publish content or use Yearce in any manner that involves:
- Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or hate-speech material.
- Infringement upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- Spam, phishing links, malware distribution, or automated scraping/bot abuse.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Yearce is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yearce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
